  • Cuba Libre

    A classic with a darker edge. Fresh lime, cola and the unmistakable character of Tân Du.

    Ingredients

    • 50ml Tân Du

    • 25ml fresh lime juice

    • Top with Coca-Cola

    Method
    Fill a tall glass with ice. Add Tân Du and fresh lime juice, top with Coca-Cola and stir gently.

  • Gingerbread Espresso Martini

    Rich coffee, warming spice and a smooth finish. Dessert in a glass, with a rebellious twist.

    Ingredients

    • 50ml Tân Du

    • 50ml cold brew coffee

    • 25ml gingerbread syrup

    Method
    Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.

    Crushed gingerbread and three coffee beans

    Bold, fiery and effortlessly refreshing. Ginger beer brings out the darker side of Tân Du.

    • 50ml Tân Du

    • Top with Fentimans Ginger Beer

    Method
    Fill a metal tumbler with ice. Add Tân Du, squeeze in two lime wedges, top with ginger beer and stir lightly.

    • 25ml sherry

    • 12.5ml maple syrup

    • 2 dashes bitters

    • Top with soda

    Method
    Build directly into a tall glass over ice. Stir gently before topping with soda.
